Words Can Hurt Anyone

I'm not actually sure if I've been bullied..either I haven't or it was very bad bullying cause i was oblivious to it. Regardless bullying is a major issue and I'm still well aware that it happens daily. Bullies are still people though and honestly there are reasons for what they do. More than likely they are guided more by their emotions and have some form of resentment for some people because of an assumption. They also may have had a bad upbringing which has led to them feeling the need to control the people around them by imposing their will upon those whom can't fight back or choose not to. I choose to take everything bullies say with a grain of salt (kinda like not taking them seriously) it helps cushion anything offensive they say. If it's bullies that take physical action against you then DO NOT hesitate to talk to any and every adult that has influence in the environment. At school? Talk to the principle, councilor, teachers, and any other staff member. Not having experienced it though I can't guarantee this advice will help or stop anything. Oh yeah and friends/family. Communication with people who have your back will help you through pretty much anything.
